1. Client Challenge
The City of Moberly had an outdated infrastructure system that was resulting in inaccurate usage readings and costly inefficiencies.
2. Metering Solution
To upgrade their aging system, Moberly partnered with an ESCO who selected Envocore to install and program over 5,300 new meters including retro-fitting some of the existing meters to the new AMI system.
3. Results
By utilizing two different brands of meters, the City was able to maximize the cost efficiency of the project and take advantage of the best products available at the time. Envocore worked in conjunction with a firm to provide a comprehensive Utility Billing System to the City for all of the customers receiving new meters, improving their customer service.g infrastructure.
