1. The Challenge:

Collierville was experiencing revenue loss due to underreporting from aging water meters within its utility infrastructure. The Town needed a solution that improved meter accuracy, reduced unaccounted-for water usage, and strengthened customer service and billing transparency.

2. Project Drivers:

To address the issue of unaccounted-for water usage, the Town partnered with Envocore to install and program more than 19,000 new meters as part of a six-month improvement initiative. Envocore completed the project on time and within budget, deploying a team of 15 skilled technicians to support implementation and data transfer.
